What are your store hours?

We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday, and from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays (All times are PST).

How long will it take for my online order to ship?

We start processing your order immediately during store hours except on holidays and weekends. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will not be processed until the next business day. The estimated processing period is 1-2 business days for most orders. For orders that are not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible to update you with the backorder status.

What are your shipping rates?

We have Free Ground Shipping within the Continental U.S. (Lower 48 States). All other shipping options are considered using current standard USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS rates.

Will my order be charged Sales Tax?

If your order is being shipped anywhere inside the State of California, we are required to collect sales tax by the State Board of Equalization at the rate prescribed.

How do I return/exchange an item?

First, contact us to let us know the situation. If a return is necessary, we will issue you a Return Authorization number to speed up the refund process once the item is received by us. If an exchange is necessary, we will work with you to get the correct item as soon as possible. All items returned without an RA # will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally due to a high level of online international fraud. We do, however, ship to all 50 states including Guam, PR, HI and AK as well as APO/FPO boxes.

May I order by phone?

Yes, you can and we certainly welcome a good phone conversation. However, we do use a secure server with a 128-bit SSL. Your credit card information is treated with the utmost confidence, and your personal information is not shared with any third parties. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Google Checkout. If those online options don’t work for you, we also accept cashier’s checks and money orders.
